Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel

The view from our room was fine, with amazing panoramic vistas of the city skyline. The food at the hotel's restaurants was great, offering a diverse selection that catered to various tastes. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby park, shops, and amenities within walking distance.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city, surrounded by embassies. The staff was very helpful in organizing activities, and we enjoyed dining in the restaurants on the higher floors with amazing views. Our room was beautifully laid out with all the necessary facilities, and the bathroom was superb. The service was top-notch, and breakfast had a good range of options.

The restaurant prices were a bit high compared to nearby options.

I had an amazing experience at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The rooftop bar and restaurant were fine, offering amazing views of the city. The two-bedroom suite I stayed in was worth every penny, and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the club lounge were a great bonus. The hotel also provided a fantastic dinner cruise that I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Bangkok.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a luxurious experience. the room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive amenities, and the staff were top-notch. the spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay with a wonderful full body massage and facial. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant and poolside snack bar.

We found the sauna and steam room to be a bit small in comparison to other spa facilities. This was a minor issue, but we would have enjoyed spending more time in these areas.

The city was vibrant and the tuk tuk driver was delightful. The hotel's upgrade to the club lounge was worth it. The staff, from Mr. Chin to the waitresses, were wonderful. Rooms were regularly cleaned and the food in the club lounge was amazing.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The staff treated us like royalty, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The comfortable bed and spacious room made our stay extremely enjoyable. The pool was large, and the gym was clean, with the added bonus of Thai boxing gloves. The whole staff was polite and respectful, and the concierge was excellent in assisting with our luggage and arranging transportation. We can't wait to stay here again!

The hotel facilities were great, offering a luxurious spa experience and amazing views from the rooftop bar. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the main shopping areas. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

From the exclusive amenities to the attentive service, everything was top notch. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of serenity with its outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the Spa lounge was a welcome escape to relax and recharge. the full body massage and the facial were fantastic and the treatment room was a peaceful space. the sun terrace with sun loungers and garden area provided a quiet retreat. The restaurant with its poolside snack bar offered a wide variety of food options including special diet menus. Cons: the Public Bath could have been kept cleaner. this was a minor issue that didn't detract too much from our overall experience.
